Returns and exchange information

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products there may be some slight variations and imperfections in some items. We believe the uniqueness of each limited-edition piece is what makes buying from an indie business all the more satisfying. You will be the only one wearing that exact style!


Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. Orders placed before 1pm AEST (Brisbane) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the following morning. If the order is placed after 1pm on a Friday, or on the weekend, the order will be dispatched on Monday. 

Standard shipping within Australia is 5-10 days and is free of charge.

1.    Full priced items may be returned for refund, exchange or store credit.

2.    Items must be returned within 14 days from delivery date.

3.    Items must be unstained, undamaged and not altered in any way in order to be accepted for exchange or credit.

4.    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on any return or exchange. Your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

5.    We do not offer price adjustments or rainchecks. 


To complete a refund

Return or exchange slips are included with your shipment. Please return these forms completed along with the item you are refunding or exchanging. Send the item in its original packaging or in appropriately sized/protected packaging. We suggest you use a carrier that provides tracking as Atelier Breugnot is not responsible for lost shipments. 

Processing time

For refunds...

Once the returned item is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for the item to be verified and processed. The original price of the item plus any applicable tax will be credited back to your original form of payment. 


For exchanges...

Once the returned item is received, we will process a new order for your exchange and ship it at no extra cost to you. If the new item is a higher price, we will contact you for additional payment. If the new item is a lower price, we will refund the difference to your original form of payment.
